Having worked with International athletes and professional teams I can provide sports specific performance training sessions that provide each individual or team the opportunity to enhance speed, power, multi-directional quickness, conditioning and flexibility through a combination of strength training and plyometric/agility work.
Begin your journey to achieve your goals with my M.E.L.T. system – Metabolism, Eating Habits, Lifestyle and Training An initial 1-hour consultation including a health MOT, postural assessment, diet and nutrition advice and ‘cupboard clean out’. You also get a full body composition. Following this consultation you’ll receive a weekly nutrition plan and target goals for you to follow based on our meeting together with your personalised ‘get lean shopping list’.
Whatever the vision for your big day may be, the most important element is how you look and feel in either your dream dress or morning suit. This is the one day of your life when all eyes will be on you and those lasting memories will be captured through a camera lens.
