I provide education and tools to encourage permanent lifestyle changes and make you feel part of the BB family. The whole experience though is so much more than just a number on the scales. Our range of sessions

Each outdoor shred session is entirely unique, aimed at all ages and levels of fitness. You can maximise fat loss and increase overall fitness at the following venues:

Meta Mondays

6:30PM–7:30PM at Leigh Sports Village, Sale Way, Leigh WN7 4JY – turn left down the side of the Whistling Wren, then turn right at mini roundabout onto carpark on the right.
