Here is the timetable for BB Fitness’s unique fitness ‘Shred Sessions’ for all ages and levels of fitness at the following venues:

6:30PM – 7:30PMMONDAY – META COREHigher Green Lane, Astley M29 7QQ
This session consists of short interval runs then down for a mix of core and body weight moves that will kick the whole body into high gear!

7:00PM – 8:00PMTUESDAY – IGNITECulcheth Private Day Nursery, WA3 4JQ
This session is a no-frill combo of resistance and cardio moves packed into quick bursts of work that will make your metabolism to work to the max!

6:30PM – 7:30PMWEDNESDAY – MAX HIITLilford Park, Leigh WN7 1HN
This session is a knock out! Head-to-toe strength and bodyweight session with hill sprints and boxing to challenge every muscle group.

This session incorporates high-intensity intervals and functional strength movements that make your body’s foundation stronger and glutes fire up!

This session is a full-body circuit that challenges you from head to toe. It will help you develop greater strength, improve your posture, and fire up your core.
